Refund Policy for the Artist School's course


You can request a full purchase refund for within 14 days from the purchase date.

You're not eligible for a refund if:

  • You've made a purchase on sale or used any discount coupon
  • You've purchased an installment plan (12-month pricing plan)
  • You've watched over 30% of lessons and/or dowloaded the source files from the extra resources section (such as brushes, swatches, Procreate animations)
  • You have been issued a personal certificate

Process

You can submit your refund request using the form on our contact page or via email at hi@artist.school. In your request please include the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Purchase date
  • Email address that you used when you enrolled
  • Reason for the refund

We will review your refund request within 3-5 business days. When your refund request is approved, you immediatelly lose access to the school materials and all of your progress will be lost.

In the most cases the refund will be processed with the original payment method that you used when made a purchase.
