This Privacy Policy applies to the Artist Brushes mobile application (the "Application") provided by Outlane Inc. (the "Service Provider"). The Application is offered as a freemium service and is intended for use as is.
The Application and the Service Provider's third-party service providers may collect information when you download, open, browse, subscribe to, purchase from, or otherwise use the Application. This information may include:
The Application does not request or collect precise GPS location from your device.
The Service Provider uses the collected information to operate the Application, provide content and subscriptions, process and verify purchases, maintain security, understand usage, improve features and performance, measure advertising campaigns, and show or measure relevant advertising where permitted.
The Application may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow tracking, the Application and advertising partners may use the device advertising identifier and app activity information for advertising attribution, ad measurement, and personalized advertising. If you do not allow tracking, the Application will limit advertising-related use of tracking identifiers, but may still use privacy-preserving or aggregated measurement technologies where allowed by Apple and applicable law.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider may receive purchase-related information such as product identifiers, subscription status, transaction identifiers, transaction dates, currency, price, offer type, and checkout source in order to unlock paid features, verify purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and measure app performance and advertising campaigns.
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information according to their own privacy policies. These providers may process analytics, diagnostics, storage, attribution, advertising measurement, and marketing event data on behalf of the Service Provider or for their own purposes as described in their policies.
The Service Provider may share collected information with these providers to operate the Application, provide subscriptions and purchases, deliver content, analyze usage, improve the service, measure campaign performance, attribute installs or purchases, and support advertising activities where permitted.
The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You can manage App Tracking Transparency permission in iOS Settings. You can also limit personalized advertising through your Apple device settings and the privacy controls offered by the relevant third-party providers.
If you would like to request deletion of information you provided through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at hi@outlanegames.com. Some purchase, transaction, security, and legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law.
The Service Provider retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Application, maintain subscriptions and purchase history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and support analytics and advertising measurement. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider learns that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will delete such information where required by applicable law.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Information may be processed and stored in countries other than the country where you live, including the United States and other locations where the Service Provider or its service providers operate.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify users of changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use of the Application after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
